What is Focused Integrated Talent (FIT)?

FIT (Focused Integrated Talent) approach involves storing 54 job success attributes and information relating to the attributes of job seekers. These attributes are gathered through a scientifically created evaluation and administered via Computer Based Testing (CBT) in a proctored environment across PAN India. Hence a database of eligible candidates is stored than can be accessed instantaneously.

  1. Such attributes include educational backgrounds, desires and interests of a job, Aptitudes, Multiple Intelligence's, Personality Traits, Learning Styles, Skills etc….
  2. Such attributes necessarily differ between career positions and are dependent on the type of position as well as the experience of the job seeker.
  3. The set of attributes known or stored about a particular job seeker is typically more complete than particular attributes that a given potential employer is seeking.
  4. Potential employers then express their interest in obtaining employees with a particular set of attributes, optionally including the importance of some attributes over others.
  5. FIT considers the desired attributes as expressed by the potential employer and matches it with the known attributes of a library of potential employees within that career heading, and further ranks the importance expressed by the employer in determining the rankings of attributes to result in a list of potential employees that best match the interests.
  6. Such list may be further considered by a recruiting professional (e.g., headhunter) before being passed on to the employer or may be passed directly to the employer

FIT (Focused Integrated Talent) approach involves storing a library of information relating to the attributes of job seekers. Such attributes include the particular experiences, educational backgrounds, desires and interests of a job, Aptitudes, Intelligences, Personality Traits, Skills etc…. Such attributes necessarily differ between career positions and are dependent on the type of position as well as the experience of the job seeker

FIT uses a patented approach towards, measurement of specific JOB success attributes on both sides employee and employers before a match is filtered and proposed.

What if our FIT scores are low?

There could be several reasons due to which your FIT scores are low. Our Remedial approach helps identify “Areas of Improvement”. Through our complex mechanism but a simplistic output we pin-point specific areas that need solutions

What is Test Preparation package?

Students can create their own preparation packages for any of the attributes based on many different options and criteria - difficulty level, topics, keywords, randomization, time, etc.

How do I know if companies are looking at my profile?

Each time an employer touches a student profile there is a mechanism to track and document the same on student’s profile. Alerts are set to automatically update the students after every 20 view by employers

How do I know what my “Areas of Improvement” are?

There is a customized digital dashboard available for every student to view, understand and introspect. It details out “Areas of Improvement” and remedies to address the same

Any remedial intervention programs?

There are several remedial programs to address every conceivable situation. Some are ready made packages and some will be customized to manage a specific situation

How do I increase my value in the job market?

You increase your value through several channels

  1. Make sure your profile on the Students portal is updates from a perspective of complete information related to Skills, experience and other personal information
  2. If certain Attributes are low, then going through the test preparation package helps you understand the areas than need focus and going through enough practise sessions to understand different ways of tackling the same concept
  3. After long hours of practise you ae allowed to retest and improve your FIT scores
  4. You have resume builder and Interview questions series on the Students Portal that will assist you in getting ready for getting your first JOB
Can we re-test?

Absolutely. The re-test mechanism is an end-result of remedial options that have been discussed and implemented. With a newer and better understanding of evaluations you almost always score better and your rating goes up which in turn raises the employ ability factor
